Cabernet Sauvignon

Sonoma County

2023

Our Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon reflects careful vineyard selection from select sub-appellations across the region. The wine opens with classic dark fruit aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and dark cherry, followed by a rich yet balanced palate with polished tannins and fresh acidity, finishing smooth and lingering with hints of cocoa, cedar, and subtle spice from oak aging.

Sonoma County

Sonoma County, bordered by the Pacific Ocean and the Mayacamas Mountains, is home to some of the most diverse wine appellations in the world. From the steep mountains to the rolling benchlands and valley floor plains, Sonoma County’s varying climate, topography, soil and the distance between each AVA produces wines of unique character and style.

"Violet color. Aromas and flavors of chocolate covered mixed berries, roast plum, coffee bean and leather, and nutmeg and cinnamon with a velvety, tangy, dry medium-to-full body and a warming, appealing, medium-long finish imparting notes of black cherry, cinnamon and nutmeg, vanilla and cocoa, and chocolate covered pomegranate with well-integrated, medium tannins and light oak flavor. Rich bake shop spices on the nose that carry over to the palate with concentrated fruit undertones and chocolate essence."
