Sauvignon Blanc

North Coast

2021

Our North Coast Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards planted in volcanic and gravelly soils that impart distinctive flavors to the grapes. Citrus notes of lime and grapefruit are accented by green apple and hints of herbs. The wine was fermented at cool temperatures to preserve the graceful minerality. The bright acidity is carried throughout the crisp, mineral finish.

North Coast

The complexity of California's North Coast is showcased in its diverse appellations, each with their own unique geography, soils and micro-climates. The cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean plays a crucial role, where the mild climate develops complex Sauvignon Blanc wines.

Food Pairings

Enjoy with roast chicken, seafood chowders, salmon, white fish and mushroom sauces.

Silver Medal

Emerald straw color. Aromas and flavors of lemon and lime, white flowers, candied jalapeño slices, and sweet cream...A satiny, bright, dry light-to-medium body and an interesting, medium-length finish displaying nuances of lemon and lime, green apple, and sweet pickled peppers. A refreshing and crowd pleasing white to serve as an aperitif and with crudités.
